1. Who we are

WheelchairPort ("we", "us") is a mobility-equipment rental service operating in Türkiye, with its operations office at Asmalı Mescit Mah., Gönül Sok. No:8, Beyoğlu, İstanbul. Company registration and tax details will be published here on incorporation.

We provide equipment for rental only. We are not a healthcare provider and give no medical advice.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is a request until we confirm availability by email or WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel a booking where equipment is unavailable, where required medical documentation is missing, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

Prices are shown in EUR and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience; the EUR amount governs. Applicable VAT (KDV) is shown at checkout.

3. Delivery, use and return

We deliver and collect within the zones and lead times published on the Coverage page. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the equipment and to present photo ID where requested.

You must use the equipment only for its intended purpose, keep it secure, and not lend, sublet or take it outside Türkiye without our written consent. Report any fault immediately via WhatsApp.

4. Deposit, damage and loss

A refundable deposit is taken by pre-authorisation or in cash on delivery and released after inspection, normally within 3 business days of collection.

Fair wear and tear is free. Accidental damage is charged at repair cost, capped by the optional damage waiver if purchased. Loss, theft or damage beyond economic repair is charged at replacement value.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under Turkish law.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes may be brought before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court.
