Our mission
Turkey welcomes millions of visitors a year, many of whom need mobility support — but renting equipment has meant unreliable WhatsApp threads and cash handovers. We are building the digitised, multilingual alternative: transparent pricing, real logistics, and equipment you can trust.
Our standards
Hygiene
Every unit is cleaned and sanitised between rentals to a documented protocol, with a visible “sanitised” seal on handover.
Safety
Scheduled maintenance, tyre and brake checks before every rental, and airline-compliant batteries for powered chairs.
Compliance
We follow Turkish consumer and data-protection law (KVKK). Medical devices such as oxygen concentrators are handled under Ministry of Health (TİTCK) rules.
Accessibility
Our own service is designed for disabled and older customers — step-free delivery, plain language, and staff who take the time to help.
