How cancellations, changes and refunds work, consistent with the Turkish Distance Selling Regulation.
Cancelling a booking
48 hours or more before the delivery time: full refund of any prepayment.
Between 24 and 48 hours before: 50% of the rental is refunded.
Less than 24 hours before, or after delivery has started: the first rental day is non-refundable; the remainder of any unused prepaid period is refunded.
Changes
You can change dates, delivery address or items free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery, subject to availability. Later changes are treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
If we cancel
If we cannot fulfil a confirmed booking we will offer the nearest equivalent equipment or a full refund, and a goodwill credit where the fault is ours.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days. Deposits are released separately after inspection, normally within 3 business days of collection.
