This summary sets out the rental terms accepted at checkout. The full signed agreement (Turkish and English) is provided on delivery.
The rental
We rent you the listed equipment for the agreed period. Title remains with WheelchairPort at all times. The rental starts on delivery and ends when we collect the equipment.
Your responsibilities
Use the equipment safely and as instructed; keep it clean and secure; do not modify it; do not exceed the stated weight capacity; charge powered units as directed; and return it in the condition supplied, fair wear and tear excepted.
You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until collection, including against theft and damage.
Our responsibilities
Provide clean, sanitised, safety-checked equipment that is fit for purpose; respond to faults within 24 hours and repair or replace free of charge; and carry appropriate business insurance.
Extensions and early return
Extensions are subject to availability at the same daily rate. Early return does not entitle you to a refund of the confirmed rental period unless required by law.
Medical equipment
Portable oxygen concentrators and CPAP devices are supplied only against a valid prescription and medical clearance, under Turkish Ministry of Health (TİTCK) rules. You are responsible for using them in accordance with your clinician’s instructions.
